From monthly reporting to daily management: the Manitowoc Moulins case
Founded in 1928, Potain has become the world leader in tower cranes, with over 100,000 cranes sold worldwide. The brand has belonged to the American group Manitowoc, one of the major global players in lifting, since 2001.
At its Moulins site, one of its four European tower crane plants, Manitowoc took a decisive step in the way it manages industrial performance by adopting KEYPROD. Replacing an in-house data-logging tool, the plant moved from a monthly review built from hand-processed files to daily monitoring shared across the entire factory.
