Born inside the factory

KEYPROD is closely linked to the development of JPB Système. This French SME, supplying the largest aeronautical engine manufacturers, has always put innovation at the service of its customers. By creating a complex system of data processing and interconnection between machines over the last 10 years, JPB Système has developed an in-house production tool at the cutting edge of the industry of the future: KEYPROD was born right after that to monitor the entire process.

Creator and initiator of the 4.0 project, Damien continues the legacy of his company JPB Système, a true pioneer of Industry 4.0 in France, through the creation of its digital subsidiary, KEYPROD. A genuine visionary and seasoned entrepreneur, he inspires a vision of a connected and connectable industrial world.

Les origines

JPB Système a développé son activité, et a accru sa compétitivité en créant l'un des premiers ateliers d'usinage 4.0 entièrement automatisés et robotiques. Un parc machine intelligent, salué par les plus grands de l'aéronautique.

2018

Début de la grande aventure

Force est de constater la forte demande de digitalisation d'un grand nombre de ses clients, Damien MARC décide de se lancer dans un tout nouveau projet : créer une solution de suivi de production, simple et adaptable à tout type d'environnement industriel. L'aventure KEYPROD est lancée !

2019

KEYPROD est né

Le premier brevet est déposé. Au départ un « simple » outil de suivi de production interne, KEYPROD est une solution créée par l’industrie pour l’industrie, appuyée par un fort besoin de digitalisation et d’amélioration des processus. Notre objectif : vous faire gagner en productivité tout en optimisant votre qualité !

2020

On accélère

Nos premiers boîtiers ont vu le jour et sont déployés chez nos clients Beta-testeurs à travers la France. Nos équipes continuent de s'agrandir avec des professionnels du digital, afin de perfectionner notre solution.

2021

Optimisation technique

Côté application et boîtiers, nous avons mis en place des équipes dédiées afin d'apporter le meilleur de la Tech à notre solution. Nous nous préparons au lancement en nous appuyant sur des équipes se consacrant à l'ensemble des étapes du cycle de vie de nos clients.

Lancement officiel

Le moment est venu d’offrir au monde entier la clé de notre succès ! Après plusieurs années de travail acharné et de développement intense, notre solution est arrivée sur le marché et commercialisée. Déjà testé auprès de nombreux clients, KEYPROD vous ouvre, dès maintenant, les portes de l’industrie 4.0 !
